The Leg Extension Unit is is a great tool for both rediscovering the functionality of the leg and pelvis and reenforcing the strength required for the Gyrokinesis floor work. Upon successful completion, students are licensed to teach on this apparatus. This course satisfies the continuing education requirement for both Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis instructors.
