She holds an Upledger Institute Certification as a CranioSacral Therapist, as well as being Certified as both Therapist and CranioSacral Therapy Instructor from the CranioSacral Therapy Alliance. Before opening her private practice in 1997, Gina was one of the massage therapists for New York City Ballet and American Ballet Theater. In the years that followed, she has been honored to work with a multitude of companies as therapist to their dancers, musicians, singers and stage hands, from companies both nationally and internationally known, on site at her practice, as well as offsite on location. Her private practice includes, and invites, people from all walks of life, all ages including children, and is not exclusive to performers.
Most recently Gina became certified in Traditional Tibetan Healing Bowl Sound and Vibrational Therapy. Sound and vibration can be used to "re-tune" us to health and one of the most powerful modalities for this is the use of Tibetan singing bowls. When there is deep relaxation through soothing, resonant sound, the body is affected on a cellular level, opening up the flow of energy to move us back toward vibrational alignment with health. Healing through sound and vibration has been known to reduce stress, improve concentration, reduce blood pressure, improve immunity, and harmonize the chakras among others things.
Since receiving her certification as a Clinical Aromatherapist both in the USA and Canada, Gina is nationally recognized by the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy, and internationally recognized by the Alliance of International Aromatherapists and the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists. Gina has created the beautiful line of AUM * AROMAS roll-on's which are available through her website, and she creates bespoke aromatherapy products by personal consultation. www.essentialbodywisdom.com.

Erika met Juliu Horvath in 1993 in New York City, where she had moved to study dance. She had only been dancing for a couple of years and whereas her technique consisted mainly of equal parts force and desire, she was extremely grateful to find a teacher who could guide her into the inner-workings of her own dance. She trained intensively with Juliu for the next 5 years in the Gyrotonic Expansion System. She went on to perform with Maureen Fleming, Jennifer Muller/The Works, Zen Companhia de Danca, Min Tanaka and Meftas Dance Theater. She is currently Associate Artistic Director of Soulskin Dance (director Adrianna Thompson). Erika is a Specialized Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis Master Trainer. She travels the world teaching workshops and trainings.
Aubrey has been movement professional in New York City for the past 7 years, but her experience working with the body has been lifelong. Aubrey grew up a dancer and as her passion for dancing grew, so did her curiosity toward the intricacies of how the body moves. After graduating with a dual degree in dance and theater, she found herself in New York City dedicating herself to teaching movement by enrolling in a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga teaching training.
Since her initial yoga certification, she has become certified in GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS®, specialized Gyrotonic equipment, and Life Coaching. Currently she teaches private clients, as well as group classes for prominent corporations, and she brings the talents she gathered from each of these certifications to every class and individual session. Her use of critical thinking allows her to work outside-the-box to determine each individual’s needs. This, paired with her excellent communication skills make her a natural teacher and an intuitive choice for clients of all abilities and motivations.
Nina Pearlman, native of Los Angeles, CA, began her Gyrotonic journey ten years ago, in San Francisco, while attending the Alonzo King Lines Ballet BFA program. While earning her BFA in dance, Nina simultaneously spent four years studying the Gyrotonic method, under the direction of master trainer Debra Rose. Upon graduation, she became a fully certified Gyrotonic trainer, and has been teaching and dancing professionally ever since.
Currently, Nina is a GYROTONIC® Pre-Trainer under her master trainer Kathy Van Patten, as well as a certified GYROKINESIS® trainer. Throughout her teaching career, she has studied around the world in places such as California, Colorado, New York, France, and Spain, and is certified additionally on the jumping stretching board, archway, and Gyrotonic level 2. Nina especially enjoys the therapeutic courses, and has studied the psoas principles, explorations into the extremes, application for hands and feet, and pre/post natal courses.
As a teacher, Nina has a wide range of experience working with all kinds of clients, leading group classes, and creating her own master classes. Nina loves to get creative with her teaching, and finds the ultimate joy when a client makes a breakthrough and realizes how far they’ve come in their own bodies
