This course is the second of four steps in the Gyrokinesis teacher training program. We will continue to explore 60 minute format and introduce the 90 minute format, while focusing on rhythm and breath. The Gyrokinesis Pre-Training is a prerequisite for enrollment. After successfully completing this course, students are eligible to teach Gyrokinesis classes as an apprentice.
