The GYROTONIC® applications course for pre/post natal is to educate, prepare and inspire instructors to feel confident in creating a safe and empowering workout experience for their client. The Gyrotonic trainer's goal is to provide physical awareness, balance, comfort and strength throughout this deeply transformative phase in a woman’s life. This course will include gestation and anatomy, changes during pregnancy, benefits from exercising, and the application of Gyrotonic principles to the three trimesters and the postpartum phase.
